Why do I need to be saved?

"Four Spiritual Laws."

God loves you and offers a wonderful plan for your life.
- John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life."
Man is sinful and separated from God.
- Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
- Romans 6:23 "The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for man’s sin.
- Romans 5:8 "God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
We must individually receive Jesus Christ as Savior.
- Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heat that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

Assignments for This Week
Write out your testimony using index cards or a notebook.
Begin reading the Bible in the book of John.
Memorize John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life."
